To complete a transaction and facilitate your participation, we collect and hold the following Personal Data: Full Name, Email addresses & Phone number.

How we get the information and why we do we have it:

KRAFTGURUS LIMITED collects such information through the following platforms. Eventbrite.co.uk, Facebook.com and Instagram.com where our events are listed and advertised. Next, via our email kraftgurus@gmail.com and WhatsApp.com. Last, via Paypal.com and Stripe.com when you choose that as a payment option.

The legal grounds for us controlling your Personal Data for aforementioned purposes will typically be because: you provided your consent; it is necessary for our contractual relationship; it is necessary for us to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations; and/or it is in our legitimate interest as an event organiser.

Once you have registered, we shall send you an email from kraftgurus@gmail.com providing you the details to join via Zoom. We shall also request you to send us your phone number so that we can add you to our WhatsApp group and send you, prior to the event date, short video(s) of the process, in case you are unable to attend the class post payment or face technical glitches during the event. If you do not want this, please email us back, at-least 1 day prior to event start date, explicitly and clearly mentioning this in your email. Similarly, when we hold the online event(s), we shall record the event for quality assurance purposes. We shall also take few screenshots of it for advertisement purposes. If you object to your presence in such screenshots, please email us back, explicitly and clearly mentioning this in your email, at-least 1 day prior to event start date. Last, KRAFTGURUS LIMITED does not give you, as a participant, and our partners a right to take screenshots and record the event(s) in any way and post them on social media, without first seeking our permission, in writing.

What we do with the information:

KRAFTGURUS LIMITED is a joint-data controller, along with Eventbrite.co.uk, Facebook.com, Instagram.com, Gmail.com, WhatsApp.com, Paypal.com and Stripe.com. We only collect and hold your Personal Data to complete a transaction, facilitate your participation, respond to your inquiries, seek feedback and inform you about upcoming events that may interest you. You can stop receiving marketing messages from us at any time by emailing us to do the same.

We do not share and/or sell your Personal Data with any third party, within or outside United Kingdom and European Union, other than the aforementioned companies. We only hold your Personal Data for 3 years from the date of the first event in which you participated. We shall send regular updates if we collect more data that goes beyond the current stated purposes. We shall also review the data we hold and delete or anonymise anything we no longer need.

We take what we believe to be reasonable organisational security measures to ensure safety of your Personal Data. However, no network, server, database or Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us electronically. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data.
